Problème sur un Prestige 15

Bonjour,

Je suis nouveau sur ce forum.

J'ai fait l’acquisition d'un Prestige 15 A10SC avec 8Go de mémoire, une semaine après j'ai fait installer une barrette de 16Go...

Le problème que je rencontre est qu'il fait deux fois par jours des BSoD (écran bleu) !!! sur de la navigation internet comme sur du Word...
Il n'y a qu'un Windows 10 avec OFFICE 365, Firefox et Thunderbird, DaVinci Resolve 16.

L'autre problème aussi c'est que la barrette est reconnu en 2400 alors que c'est une 2666 ? Je comprends pas ??
J'ai mis des captures d'écran.

Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ?
